Refund Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 1-866-840-4600 for Return Authorization. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in brand new condition. The credit amount will be calculated as follows:


Will be credited less all freight charges incurred and a $5.00 per tire re-stocking fee, unless the error was caused by High Performance Tire, then all fees are waived. Any orders that were shipped and refused will be charged freight charges for both directions.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. Any payment that was done by check will be refunded by check to the billing party.


If your shipment has arrived damaged, contact your local UPS or Federal Express customer service within 5 days to report the damage. Keep all packing material, boxes, etc., for Shippers inspection. The shipper will make a determination and pick up the damaged merchandise for return to us. Merchandise must be repackaged in the original cartons (if applicable) for return. Call us immediately to report any damage.


All tires are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. High Performance Tire does not expressly imply any additional warranty, either written or verbal.
